A NIGHT ON EARTH EXPERIENCE £70

A limited edition winter tasting experience which explores the A Night On Earth series. Within The Macallan Distillery, hear storytelling, share in the of traditions of The Macallan and savour hand-selected serves. There's a glimpse into production, and you will learn about The Macallan’s wood story. Sample the distillery's whiskies in an unexpected way in the climax of this experience. Commemorate the rituals and traditions of New Year celebrations and toast new beginnings together. Sample the newest release in the A Night On Earth series, a sunrise of flavours in three special ways.

TIME FOR EXCELLENCE £80

Savour a dram as your dedicated Host enlightens you on key moments from The Macallan's 201-year history at our Whisky Wall. You’ll be guided through the production area to learn about The Macallan’s whisky making process, gaining an understanding of its unrivalled commitment to the mastery of wood and spirit. There will be tastings in the Cave Privée, a unique atmospheric cellar, at The Macallan Bar and within The Macallan Boutique. There you will be able to linger for personal shopping time.

THE MACALLAN MASTERY EXPERIENCE £250

Discover The Macallan’s new gastronomy partnership, and gain a deeper understanding of the distillery's commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, on The Macallan Mastery Experience. The Mastery experience delves deeper into our whisky making process. You will be served a welcome dram at The Macallan Whisky Wall.

In the company of your fellow Mastery guests, enjoy a six-course tasting menu, with paired whiskies, in TimeSpirit. During your in-depth production experience, you will be led through the distillery. You will enjoy a tutored tasting of a carefully curated selection of The Macallan whiskies in The Macallan Bar.

Afterwards, hosts will be available to offer personal shopping in The Macallan Boutique. Guests will each receive a gift to commemorate their visit. A mastery of flavours in one experience.

After your tasting you are welcome to soak up the views over Speyside and linger with a dram or cocktail from the extensive list.

MACALLAN THROUGH THE AGES £175

Visit The Macallan Bar for this exclusive flight of our unique expressions, exploring the history and heritage of whisky-making at The Macallan. Through these whiskies you will discover and appreciate the importance of that most precious of resources - time. After your tasting experience, you are welcome to stay a while longer soaking up the majestic views of Speyside. The bar will be open for you to make purchases from our extensive whisky menu or try one of the handcrafted cocktails.
