This month's Perfect Serve is an Orange & Fig Highball - a lovely, refreshingly light way to enjoy Tullibardine as the better weather starts to arrive.

Tullibardine Orange & Fig Highball

Ingredients:

• 50ml Tullibardine Sovereign Single Malt
• London Essence Orange & Fig Soda
• Ice
• Sprig of mint
• Orange peel

Method:

• Add 50ml of Sovereign to a highball glass.
• Fill glass with ice and top up with soda.
• Garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange twist.
