Light, fruity and refreshing, this Glenfiddich cocktail combines the orchard character of Glenfiddich 12 Year Old with cloudy apple juice, fresh lime and a splash of light tonic. The result is a crisp, easy-drinking serve with a refreshing balance of sweetness and citrus.

Cloudy Apple Fizz

Ingredients

• 45ml Glenfiddich 12 Year Old
• 60ml cloudy apple juice
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 50ml light tonic water

Method

• Fill a glass with ice and add the Glenfiddich, cloudy apple juice and fresh lime juice.
• Stir gently, top with light tonic water.
• Garnish with a slice of fresh apple.
