The Dewar’s Double Double 21-Year Old-Fashioned reimagines the classic cocktail with a rare, meticulously aged whisky at its core. Layers of Demerara sweetness intertwine with notes of peach and chocolate, complemented by spirit-specific bitters and a lift of bright citrus, resulting in a balanced and luxurious sipping experience. Dewar’s Double Double 21-Year Old-Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 50ml Dewar's Double Double 21 year old blended scotch
- 10ml Demerara Sugar Syrup
- Dash of Peach Bitters
- Dash of Whisky Barell bitters
- Dash of Chocolate Bitters
- Orange peel twisted to garnish
Method:
- Fill glass with ice and pour in the Dewar's Double Double 21-year-old, the syrup and all bitters.
- Stir to combine.
- Twist an orange peel over the cocktail and place into the glass to garnish.
