This month's Perfect Serve is Glen Scotia's Bordeaux Red Wine Cask Finish. The third release in the distillery's award-winning double cask range, the whisky has been initially matured in first fill American oak bourbon barrels, followed by a distinctive nine month finish in French Bordeaux red wine casks. It is a vibrant and elegant dram, bursting with red berry fruits and rich maritime depth.

Enjoy this Perfect Serve with some olives, their saltiness will act as a palate cleanser allowing you to better appreciate the nuances of each sip.
