This month's Perfect Serve is Glenfiddich 12 - neat or on the rocks! The 12 Year Old is Glenfiddich's original and definitive whisky. Always matured in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 12 years. Always married in oak tuns for depth and balance.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour: Golden.
• Nose: Distinctively fresh and fruity with a hint of pear. Beautifully crafted and delicately balanced.
• Taste: Characteristic sweet, fruity notes. Develops into butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavours.
• Finish: Long, smooth and mellow.

Glenfiddich Highball

Ingredients:

• Glenfiddich 12 Year Old
• Premium soda water
• Clear ice cubes
• Lemon wedge

Method:

• Top glass with ice to chill and stir
• Drain melt water
• Pour 1 part Glenfiddich 12 Year Old
• Top with soda water to taste (we recommend 1:3 soda ratio)
• Garnish with fresh lemon wedge
