A marriage only achievable through the instinctive vision and virtuosity of Billy Walker. It is a celebration of time itself, layered with unparalleled richness and complexity.

This whisky represents the height of Master Distiller Billy Walker’s craft. Decades of cask expertise and blending prowess have shaped this release, resulting in a beautifully balanced and truly exceptional whisky. Billy carefully selected four outstanding cask types from our extensive inventory to bring this expression to life. Each cask plays its part, harmonising to create a rich, full-bodied whisky with a symphony of flavours.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Mocha, crystalised cinnamon and treacle tart, followed by cocoa, toasted hazelnuts and pineapple, with soft notes of ginger and heather honey.
• Taste: Cocoa, baking spices and chocolate-coated raisins, followed by coconut, brandied orchard fruits and sandalwood, with vanilla, dried red fruits and honeycomb.
