Table Whisky

Taking inspiration from the 'table wine' concept in Europe which is often a category of wine famed for being approachable and a crowd-pleaser. We applied this concept to whisky and chose single grain which is made from different cereals such as wheat or corn. It is distilled differently than single malt and yields a sweet and light bodied whisky.

Maturing in ex-sherry and new oak casks gives our Table whisky extra layers of complexity, adding body and depth creating wonderful notes of gingerbread, vanilla and toffee popcorn.
