This month's Perfect Serve is a classic whisky sour using Glen Scotia Double Cask. This delicious cocktail is refreshing with a slightly sour taste and a smooth, creamy texture thanks to the egg white.

Glen Scotia Sour
Ingredients:
- 40ml Glen Scotia Double Cask
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 12ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 20ml egg white
Method:
- Prepare an 8oz rocks glass with ice to cool
- Firstly dry shake the ingredients (this means without ice), this method is often used for egg white cocktails to create a smooth, frothy texture.
- Then wet shake (add in the ice cubes).
- Once fully shaken, double strain over cubed ice in the glass.
- Garnish with a cherry or lemon slice.
