The Clydeside Distillery sits along Stobcross Road, in the old Pumphouse, which once controlled all the comings and goings for Glasgow’s famous Queen’s Dock. For many years, it bore witness to ships leaving the docks, carrying whisky destined for every continent around the globe. Today, it's once again part of Glasgow's intricate whisky history. 

The Lowland style is experiencing a revival and The Clydeside Distillery is honouring that longstanding tradition with their first whisky, Stobcross released in 2021.

At 46%, Stobcross is a wonderful single malt for a perfect serve cocktail. A delicate whisky with fruity notes which comes to life when mixed with a zingy and spicy ginger beer.

Ingredients

• 50ml Clydeside Stobcross Single Malt Whisky
• Ginger Beer
• Lime Juice
• Lime Wedge
• Ice

Method

• Pour 50ml of Stobcross single Malt Whisky into the glass.
• Add a dash of lime juice.
• Fill with ice
• Top with ginger beer
• Garnish with lime wedge.
