This cocktail has been inspired by The Neptune, a rum-laden ship seized off Sanda Island in 1769 - bringing tropical spirit to Campbeltown’s shores.
Neptune's Cargo
Ingredients:
- 50ml Glen Scotia Double Cask Rum Finish
- 50ml fresh pineapple juice
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 60-80ml soda
- Pineapple leaf
Method:
- Mix together the whisky, pineapple juice and lime juice.
- Top with soda in a high ball glass.
- Garnish with pineapple leaf.
