This month's Perfect Serve comes from Arran's Lagg Distillery, winner of Distillery of the Year in 2023. Opened in 2019, the distillery produces Lagg Single Malt - a deliciously soft, peaty whisky which works wonderfully well in this sweet, tart and incredibly refreshing cocktail.

The Palmory

Ingredients:

• 50ml Lagg Kilmory 
• 100ml Fresh Lime
• 100ml Grapefruit Soda
• Fresh rosemary 

Method:

• Simply mix everything together
• Serve with cubed ice and rosemary sprig to garnish
