At Port of Leith, they love whisky and they love sherry - so naturally, they created a twist on an old classic: the Velvet Old Fashioned. The result is a cocktail that’s effortless to make at home and impossible to make only once.

Velvet Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 60ml Table Whisky Single Grain
• 10ml Port of Leith Pedro Ximénez sherry
• Brown sugar cube if you want slightly sweeter
• 2 dashes ofAngostura orange bitters

Method:

• Add all ingredients to your mixing glass
• Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a block or cubed ice
• Add orange peel as a garnish
