March’s Perfect Serve showcases a bold and characterful dram from Lagg Distillery, paired in a cocktail designed to highlight its smoky richness and layered depth.
Smoky, rich and bittersweet, the Without Delay cocktail brings together dark cherry and chocolate notes with the peated intensity of Lagg, finished with a subtle chilli warmth that lingers on the palate. It is a serve that balances sweetness, smoke and spice, creating a warming and complex drinking experience suited to the season.
At the heart of this month’s serve is the Lagg Single Malt Corriecravie Edition, the second release in the distillery’s core range and available in limited quantities each year.
Ingredients:
- 25ml Lagg Corriecravie
- 25ml Cherry Heering
- 25ml Campari
- 10ml Chilli Liqueur
- 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Method:
- Stir over ice
- Pour into a Nick & Nora glass
- Finish with a cherry
