The Three Chimneys at Talisker is a collaboration between The Three Chimneys, one of Skye’s best-known culinary names, and Talisker Distillery, the island’s oldest distillery. The restaurant sits at the water’s edge in Carbost, overlooking Loch Harport and towards the Cuillin Hills.

The food celebrates Skye’s landscape and local producers, with seafood including oysters, langoustines, mussels and scallops complemented by locally sourced meats and cheeses. The menus are designed to work naturally with Talisker’s distinctive maritime character, with flavours of smoke, spice, peat, salt and pepper reflected in both the food and whisky.
