The Scotch Whisky Experience has a delightful cocktail for you to try this month - the Cherry Orchard is sweet and sour, long and refreshing... give it a go!

Ingredients

• 30ml single grain scotch whisky
• 15ml Campari
• 10ml Monin cherry syrup
• 3 dashes cherry bitters
• 50ml cloudy apple juice
• 1 cherry and apple slice to garnish

Method

• Take your cocktail shaker and add to it the single grain scotch whisky, Campari, Monin cherry syrup, cherry bitters and cloudy apple juice.
• Add ice to the shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
• Fill your Collins glass with cubed ice.
• Single strain your liquid from the shaker into the Collins glass.
• Garnish with your cherry and apple slice.
