December's Perfect Serve - Merry Berry Christmas

This festive cocktail from the Amber Restaurant team at The Scotch Whisky Experience combines the classic Christmas flavour of cranberries with the sweetness of a Bourbon whisky.

Merry Berry Christmas

Ingredients:

• 50ml Bourbon cask whisky
• 50ml cranberry juice
• 25ml lemon juice
• 25ml rosemary syrup
• Rosemary sprig and fresh cranberries to garnish

Method:

• Gather all ingredients together
• Fill a tumbler with ice and set aside
• Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker (except for cranberries and rosemary sprig)
• Top up the shaker with ice and shake hard for around 30 seconds
• Take the chilled tumbler, fill with ice and strain liquid into it
• To serve, garnish with the rosemary sprig and cranberries
