Ingredients
- 40ml The Glenturret Triple Wood
- 25ml Elderflower Syrup
- 15ml Verjus
- 35ml Soda Water
- Lemon twist, to garnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Add The Glenturret Triple Wood, elderflower syrup and verjus.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with soda water and stir once more.
- Finish with a twist of fresh lemon.
