This month's Perfect Serve comes from Glenturret Distillery. The GlenFizz Elderflower is a light and refreshing cocktail, perfect as an afternoon serve or an aperitif.
GlenFizz Elderflower
Ingredients:
- 40ml Glenturret Triple Wood
- 20ml St Germain
- Top up lemonade
Method:
- Build over 5 ice cubes, quick stir with spoon
- Glass: Large tumbler
- Garnish: Lemon peel
- Prebatch: 60ml + 60ml top up lemonade
The Triple Wood works well in this particular cocktail because it is a light whisky. Elderflower doesn’t overpower the delicate nature of this whisky.
