DistilleryTours.scot communications manager Nikki Simpson talked to Iain Allan, Visitor Centre Manager and Global Brand Ambassador at the Glen Moray Distillery in Elgin.
Iain tells us how the whisky has changed over the years, what he’d like to see change in the industry, and an amusing if slightly scary story about the history of the Distillery and its proximity to the old site of Elgin’s public hangings.
