Distilleries Reopening After Lockdown
As Covid-19 restrictions change, some distilleries either have their shops and cafes open or are planning to soon. You can continue to support them by buying from their online shops - please find details below.
Aberfeldy Distillery
Welcome back! We are delighted to announce that the Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery reopened to the public on Monday 26th April 2021.
Our Aberfeldy Tour, Cask Tasting Tour and Connoisseur Tour are all available to book online, and we have made some changes to help promote the safety of our guests and staff. Annandale Distillery
Subject to government restrictions, we will reopen on the 24th May, so why not spoil yourself and book in for tours, tastings and afternoon teas. The Distillery and Maltings Coffee Shop will be open from 10am–4pm, Monday to Sunday.

Ardbeg Distillery
We’re still closed for now but there is light on the horizon, and we hope to reopen sometime in June 2021. As soon as we have a firm date and can confirm what experiences we will be able to offer, we’ll update the website. In the meantime, we are unfortunately unable to take any pre-bookings or reservations (even for later in the year) but we very much look forward to seeing you soon!

Ardnahoe Distillery
The visitor centre is now closed until Monday 26th April and we can't wait to welcome you back when the time comes. In the meantime, the team are working hard behind the scenes and we have lots of exciting things planned for the year ahead. 🤫 In 2020 we launched our online shop, so make sure you visit us regularly (from the comfort of your own home) as we are always adding new stock! 🥃

Benriach Distillery
The visitor centre will be opening on the 21st May. Currently tours of our production facilities are not possible under Covid restrictions. Tasting experiences will be conducted in our new distillery bar. Visitors are advised to pre-book their preferred tasting experience online before attending the distillery. Distillery tours of the production site will return when it is safe to do so.

Our distillery shop will be open from Wednesday, the 28th of April with a warm welcome from 10am-4pm, Monday to Sunday. Our Warehouse 9 tasting experience will recommence on Saturday, 22nd of May and you can also connect with the team online with on one of our virtual tasting experiences.

Glen Moray Distillery
As hospitality in Scotland continues to reopen, we are delighted to begin welcoming guests back to enjoy our much-loved distillery tours, starting 31st May.
From Monday 31st May, our summer opening hours will be in place from Monday – Saturday, with distillery tours available at 9:30, 11:30, 13:30 and 15:30 each day. Due to limited availability and increased safety measures in place, booking in advance is essential to join the tours. We look forward to sharing a dram soon!

Glenturret Distillery
The Glenturret Team are pleased to announce that we will be re-opening our distillery doors to the public on the 26th of April 2021 and we look forward to extending a heartfelt Scottish welcome to our guests.
Online bookings can be made from the 12th of April and we ask that where possible you pre-book to avoid disappointment. To look after our staff and visitors, and to comply with government guidelines, we will be hosting reduced numbers on tours, asking that people comply with social distancing rules, and wear a mask indoors unless exempt for medical reasons.

Tours are coming back at Holyrood!
From 3 June, our Gin and Whisky Experiences will be running again, Tuesday - Sunday. Included in the tour is a guided flight of gin, or a first chance to taste our new make spirit - a must for whisky buffs.

Isle of Raasay Distillery
We are delighted to be able to safely welcome visitors back to the distillery for tours and to stay overnight in our award-winning distillery hotel.
The tours will be slightly different this year in line with Scottish Government guidelines, but the welcome as warm as ever. For your safety, we have new distancing measures, a one-way system, hand sanitiser and face masks on arrival, and we can only accept payment by card.

The Scapa brand home shop and our online shop are now open but, due to current Scottish Government regulations we cannot offer tours or tastings.
